physically, mentally, and economically challenges.
You are classified as a minority if:
(a) you're a woman, even though women represent 51% of the US population;
(b) if you're an ethnic minority, even though Hispanic Americans, African
Americans, and others statistically represent a majority;
(c) if you're a male or female eligible for advancement, but a less qualified
candidate gets the job; and
(d) if you support NABCJ & NYSMICJ's "Disproportionate Minority
Contact/Confinement Initiative" (DMCI)!
